Aunque la relaci\u00f3n con la comida pueda ser complicada, es en estas etapas cuando m\u00e1s necesitan una nutrici\u00f3n completa y saludable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n repercute tanto en el crecimiento f\u00edsico como en el intelectual. Es importante que los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os tengan una alimentaci\u00f3n sana, equilibrada y rica en nutrientes. Algunos de los alimentos indispensables son los huevos, los l\u00e1cteos y las prote\u00ednas. El consumo de agua es tambi\u00e9n fundamental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de los adolescentes se recomienda llevar una dieta tambi\u00e9n lo m\u00e1s sana posible, ordenada y equilibrada, y que se adapte a sus requerimientos nutritivos. O el consumo de snacks por falta de tiempo.\u00a0 En general, estas comidas suelen ser ricas en grasas y az\u00facares, aportan energ\u00eda pero su valor nutricional es muy bajo. Tambi\u00e9n suelen abusar de las bebidas ricas en az\u00facares, cafe\u00edna y gas como los refrescos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo incluir alimentos sanos en las dietas de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las frutas y verduras son una fuente de vitaminas, sales minerales y otros nutrientes antioxidantes. Su consumo en edades tempranas, adem\u00e1s de favorecer los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios adecuados, ayuda a prevenir enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, como las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1823 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color.jpg\" alt=\"importancia alimentaci\u00f3n ni\u00f1os\" width=\"688\" height=\"458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color-400x266.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/wic.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/como-hacer-tarta-de-frutas-tri-color.jpg 688w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aparte de explicar las ventajas nutricionales de estos alimentos a ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, se pueden incluir en otras recetas, por ejemplo la fruta es perfecta para incluirla en meriendas, snacks o en el desayuno.
